These terms govern use of SHXRM Studio and related services.

Software license

SHXRM Studio is commercial proprietary software licensed for use rather than sold. Your license is subject to the plan, device limits, activation status and purchase terms that apply.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or use. You are responsible for having rights and permissions required to broadcast, record, ingest or redistribute it.

Third-party platforms

Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Tailscale, OBS and other third-party services have their own terms, technical requirements, APIs and availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use SHXRM Studio to violate applicable law, compromise systems or accounts, bypass platform security, abuse connected services or interfere with other users or networks.

Updates and compatibility

SHXRM Studio may receive updates that add, remove, repair or modify functionality. Normal upgrades are intended to preserve supported settings, activation and connected-account state where technically possible.

Availability

No software, network or third-party platform can be guaranteed to operate without interruption. Test critical workflows before important broadcasts.

Warranty and liability

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute terms, refund terms and governing-law provisions should be established in the commercial release terms.
